About Rolling Hills Estates, CA - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Rolling Hills Estates borders Palos Verdes and Rolling Hills, California and is quiet and pastoral. It is mostly residential and there is a rural feel that separates and distinguishes this area from the “craziness” of Los Angeles.  The area is very high end and affluent but maintains a country feel that most people really enjoy.  The weather in this part of the world is ideal for outdoor activities and this town maintains many horse paths for those interested in equestrian hobbies.

The town of Rolling Hills borders Rolling Hills Estates and also maintains a rural feel with no street lights and very little commerce.  There is a single, exclusive gated community within Rolling Hills. As is the case in Rolling Hills Estates, residents of Rolling Hills do their shopping, dining and attend school or work in other nearby towns.  These types of towns are ideal for people who love the convenience and commerce of L.A. but want to have a place to escape, as well.  These are the towns where the sunny weather and beautiful ocean vistas, plants and animals can truly be enjoyed.

Also nearby, is Palos Verdes which is slightly larger but still quite beautiful and removed from the urban atmosphere of Los Angeles proper. In this town, you will find hiking trails, gardens, parks and more. The South Coast Botanic Garden is  an 87 acre landscaped event venue, arboretum and, of course, botanical garden. It features 150,000 landscape plants and is a must-see for any gardening or plant enthusiasts who might find themselves in the area.  The area is frequented by outdoorsy types who love to run, hike, ride horses, fish, surf (there are many great local spots) and more.  There is also the Trump National Golf Club with the courses along the oceanfront trails. All of this and more, make this town (and the area in general) a wonderful place to enjoy the L.A. weather that is so famously beautiful.
