About Torrance, CA - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Torrance is a town not far from Los Angeles.  It is one of the more highly populated of the beach towns in the area with over 140,000 residents.  Nearby towns like Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach and Hermosa Beach are better known and tend to be busier but Torrance is every bit as beautiful.  It is just slightly quieter. The beautiful SoCal weather makes this whole region of the U.S. a highly desirable and absolutely lovely place to live.

There is a paved path, called The Strand, runs along the oceanfront and into Santa Monica. There are a wide variety of parks and recreation areas within Santa Monica and it is an ideal town for outdoor enthusiasts, athletes and people who just love the sand and sun. You can also spend some times at the Third Street Promenade which features a farmer’s market, street performers and reasonably priced shopping.  It is all outdoors so that you can enjoy the fabulous SoCal weather. However, if you would rather not drive, then you can stay right in Torrance.  In the town of Torrance itself you will find The Del Amo Fashion Center, which is one of the largest shopping malls in the United States and is known for having been used in some Hollywood films.

If all of this lazy beach fun sounds a little too… well… lazy then, of course, Los Angeles will not disappoint. It’s just a short drive and is bursting with culture, activities, art galleries, theatres, restaurants and much more.  You might even spot a celebrity or come across a movie set!  Of course, Rodeo Drive is the place to be for upscale shopping. This Beverly Hills street is infamous for its amazing shops, boutiques and stores.  You can’t go far in Los Angeles without finding something fun, exciting or downright luxurious to do… and the weather is always perfect!
