About Manhattan Beach, CA - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Manhattan Beach is a lovely oceanfront community not far from Los Angeles, California.  Its sister cities, Redondo Beachand Hermosa Beach create a community that is a combination of the three beach towns. It is totally unique in that most people think of all 3 towns when thinking of one.  They are all beautiful, fun and have some of the most pleasant, sunny weather in the world.  With all of that, comes a price tag.  There are lovely beaches and stunning vistas at every turn.  The nearness to Los Angeles also makes this part of California very appealing.  The weather, again, is hard to compete with and the houses are luxurious and outstanding.  This is no ordinary American suburb and the homes are millions of dollars.  Owners will tell you that they are worth every penny.

There is a paved path, called The Strand, which runs along the shoreline through all 3 of the sisters and into Santa Monica. There are a wide variety of parks and recreation areas within Santa Monica and it is an ideal town for outdoor enthusiasts, athletes and people who just love the sand and sun. You can also spend some times at the Third Street Promenade which features a farmer’s market, street performers and reasonably priced shopping.  It is all outdoors so that you can enjoy the fabulous SoCal weather.

If all of this lazy beach fun sounds great but you’re in the mood for something a little more exciting then, of course, Los Angeles will not disappoint.  Check out the “Walk of Fame” and maybe you’ll spot a celebrity.   Take in a show at The Grauman’s Chinese Theatre (now known as the “TCL Theatre”) or enjoy the pleasant weather at the outdoor concert venue, the Hollywood Bowl.  For an indoor concert, check out The Walt Disney Concert Hall or The Kodak Theatre (now called “The Dolby Theatre”).  It is difficult to walk far in L.A. without finding something fun and exciting to do.  There are art galleries, restaurants, festivals and events galore.
