About Long Beach, CA - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Long Beach is a coastal town in Southern California.  It is the 7th largest city in the state of California. It is beautiful and the weather is almost always warm and sunny but it is not as serene as some of the neighboring coastal towns. Its port is one of the busiest in the world.  This area has some of the highest home costs in the world and, most who live here, will tell you that there is good reason. The lovely beaches, breathtaking views and quick commute to L.A. all make this part of the world desirable and coveted by celebrities, wealthy businesspeople and more.  In short, these are not average American suburbs, that’s for sure.

Long Beach might be seen as a “happy medium” between the urban Los Angeles and the slow-paced beach towns like Malibu or Santa Monica that dot the coast. In L.A. Rodeo Drive is the place to be for the ultra-lux types but Beverly Hills will not impress those more interested in the low-key lifestyle of a beach town.  One such town is Palos Verdes.  If nature and the outdoors are more up your alley than shopping and schmoozing then you will be thrilled to find hiking trails, parks, surf spots and more. It is the ideal little town for an athlete, outdoorsman or fitness guru.  Within the town, you will find the South Coast Botanic Garden, an 87 acre facility with 150,000 landscape plants, which also doubles as an event facility for weddings, parties and more.

If you are looking to get off of the beach but don’t have the money to spend at Chanel or Louis Vuitton then you should make the short trip to Santa Monica to spend a day at the  Third Street Promenade.  This delightful area has an exciting atmosphere that is family-friendly.  The promenade features a farmer’s market, street performers and reasonably priced shopping.  This is all outdoors which means you won’t have to miss out on a gorgeous Southern Californian day!
